Care for wheatgrass: may store in fridge if you prefer not to water every other day. If left outside, bottom feeding by irrigating bottom of tray (not over top of wheatgrass) where water comes above about 1" over bottom so roots can uptake water. Wheatgrass will continue to grow at room temperature if you would like to increase yield, flavor may change a little if it gets too overgrown. If wheatgrass is left outside and not watered properly, it will go dry and not yield as much for juicing applications. If for juicing application, must use slow cold press juicer, high speed centrifugal based juicers will not yield well for wheatgrass.
